Job Synopsis:
As Manager of Solution Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful implementation of our Products and Solutions for clients. You will be responsible for managing a team of technical professionals and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support, to ensure the seamless delivery of projects on time, with quality, and within budget.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers, foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Provide guidance, feedback, and support team members to excel in their roles and achieve career growth.
Project Management: Drive end-to-end project management process, including scoping, planning, resource allocation, and risk mitigation. Ensure projects are delivered within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards while meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
Client Engagement: Establish strong relationships with key clients, internal and external, and act as a primary point of contact for technical matters. Understand client requirements and business objectives, and work closely with them to design and implement tailored solutions.
Technical Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and services, staying up to date with the latest industry trends and advancements. Act as a subject matter expert to guide the team and clients through complex technical challenges. Possessing a good knowledge of design patterns and database concepts.
Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to enhance service delivery processes, increase efficiency, & optimize resource allocation. Implement best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards across all projects.
Training and Development: Coordinate and/or conduct training sessions for the team to enhance their technical skills and knowledge. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the department.
Performance Monitoring: Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team and project performance. Regularly report on project status, resource utilization, and other relevant metrics to senior management.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support, to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach to service delivery.

Must-have Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in technical project management, preferably in Professional Services, Solution Delivery, or Consulting.
- Strong practitioner of Agile processes and best practices.
- Experience with handling projects in Struts, Spring, REST APIs, JDBC/ORM, and other web technologies
- Working knowledge of tracking tools like Salesforce and JIRA
- Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve collective goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Lead dynamically and energize multi-discipline high-performance work teams to learn and apply new skills/techniques to respond to business needs.
- Conduct and interpret quantitative/qualitative analysis pertinent to Project Cost Estimation and Project Pricing.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Drive continuous, provable improvements and efficiencies based on data – Lead and motivate multi-disciplinary teams, having the knowledge and experience to provide support and guidance – Ensure teams work effectively by having a productive working environment.
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering successful outcomes.
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP/CSM) and relevant technical certifications are a plus.
