Survey of U.S. employees reveals overwhelming satisfaction with team members, management, and organization as a whole
WAYNE, PA, October 9, 2023 – Unilog announced today that it has once again earned Great Place To Work Certification® from the Great Place To Work Institute. Sourced from surveys taken by millions of employees globally, the Institute’s best-in-class data establishes benchmarks for working conditions around the world. Unilog’s latest certification from Great Place To Work was awarded for valuable feedback provided by their nearly 60 U.S.-based employees.

To earn Great Place To Work Certification, the average score across an organization’s survey results must show that approximately seven out of 10 of employees are having a consistently positive work experience. Of Unilog + Bravo Business Media’s U.S. employees, 80% say it is a great place to work compared to 57% of employees at a typical U.S.-based company.
More than 90% of those surveyed said that they are made to feel welcome at Unilog, that people care about each other, and that management is honest and ethical in its business practices.
