PROBLEM
One of Unilog’s CX1 eCommerce customers, a full-service HVAC distributor with multiple East Coast locations, was looking for a more efficient and effective way to target customers with abandoned carts and convert them into orders. The distributor’s marketing team attempted to build manual email campaigns to encourage customers to complete their transactions, however, they were unable to capture any metrics to determine if they were actually recovering revenue from their campaigns. Frustrated, the distributor brought its challenge to Unilog, who suggested implementing a cart abandonment campaign tool that integrates with Unilog’s CX1 eCommerce platform. CartStack identifies abandoned carts on a website, then triggers an email to the customer that reminds them about their cart and includes a list of their cart items.
