More than $17 million in tax credits are going to about 200 Pennsylvania companies under the Keystone Innovation Zone tax credit program.

The grants go to startups less than eight years old that are located in an approved Keystone Innovation Zone. An awards announcement by Gov. Tom Corbett's office said it was the highest amount ever given in the annual program and had the highest number of companies participating.

Among the local companies to receive the credit is NoWait Inc., Shoefitr Inc., Showclix Inc., and Wombat Security Technologies Inc., as well as Manufacturer of the Year award-winner Thread LLC.

See below for a list of the companies -- including from the Pittsburgh region -- that received the awards.
